Why You Don’t Need Complex Funnels to Build a Six-Figure Business

TLDR (Too Long Didn’t Read)

Why Funnels Are Overrated (And What Actually Makes Me Money)

If you've spent any time online, you've seen these complex funnels promising endless leads and huge sales.

But here's the truth:

I generate over a million dollars a month, and my funnel isn't complicated at all.

You don't need expensive paid ads, tricky automations, or complicated setups.

Instead, I've built a simple system that anyone can copy, if they're willing to put in the work.

Here’s exactly how I built it, step by step.

Organic Content Beats Paid Ads (Every Single Time)

Right now, I'm not running a single paid ad.

Zero.

Why?

Because paid ads come with massive overhead, high competition, and they're often unpredictable.

Instead, I get all my traffic organically, from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

I've spent over 10 years posting content, testing, and refining exactly what works.

On Instagram alone, I've grown to over 1 million followers, and on YouTube, I’m now at 1.2 million subscribers.

Here's the key:

My content follows the basic top of funnel, middle of funnel, and bottom of funnel format. And that’s all you need to learn.

Top-of-funnel content grabs attention and attracts a wide audience.

Middle-of-funnel content educates people and gets them intrigued.

Bottom-of-funnel content gives them clear, actionable steps, turning followers into paying clients.

No expensive ads needed.

My Simple Content Strategy

Let me break this down:

Top of Funnel:
These videos attract eyeballs.

Stuff like "Andrew Tate case dismissed" or "A Day in the Life of a Miami Multimillionaire."

They're flashy, engaging, and designed to capture attention, even if they're not directly related to coaching.

These videos go viral, bringing new eyes to my channels.

Middle of Funnel:
Next, I educate my audience.

Videos like "Step-by-step Guide to Your First $1 Million" or "Fastest Way to Get $100,000 for Your Business" teach viewers something valuable, keeping them hooked.

They start seeing me as the guy who can help them earn money.

Bottom of Funnel:
This is where I turn fans into clients.

I give away my best tactics openly, like "Million Dollar Online Course Strategy" or "Step-by-Step Guide on Building a Fitness Business."

Each of these videos links directly to my funnel page, where viewers can sign up for free resources.

It's simple, direct, and extremely effective.

No complex automations or expensive tech required.

Stop Overcomplicating Your Funnel (Simple Sells Better)

When people hit my landing page, here's what they see:

"Ready to start your own six-figure online training business in as little as 60 days?"

I tackle common objections immediately, time, difficulty, uncertainty, all right there in one sentence.

I offer valuable free resources upfront (usually even better than paid content), collecting names, emails, and phone numbers.

After opting in, visitors book a call with my team, answering qualifying questions that filter out non-serious prospects automatically.

This means my team never wastes time on unqualified leads.

AI helps automate follow-up and scheduling, but that's as complicated as it gets.

You don't need 15-step funnels, expensive software, or endless upsells to scale to six figures, or even seven.

All you need is valuable content, simple nurturing, and easy-to-follow next steps.

That's how I've made over a million per month without complicated funnels.

The Real Secret: Collaborations and Short-Form Content

Here's something most gurus won't admit:

The best leads come from leveraging someone else's audience.

I've been featured on major podcasts like Fresh and Fit and How to Beast.

Their viewers come straight to my channel, ready to learn more.

I also have a small team creating viral short-form content across platforms like YouTube Shorts.

Even accounts with just 10k followers regularly pull in over 100k views per short, driving massive attention to my YouTube channel.

These shorts cost almost nothing and generate endless organic traffic.

Collabs and shorts are simple, effective, and affordable.

You don’t need paid ads when you leverage other people’s traffic.

The BMM Takeaway

Funnels aren't magic.

They’re just tools, and often, overly complicated ones that distract you from what really matters:

Creating content people actually care about.

Mastering simple organic strategies like my 222-method and leveraging existing audiences will make you far richer and more successful than any complex funnel ever will.

Because the truth is, complexity kills growth.

Simplicity scales.

Make content people want, keep your funnels straightforward, and watch your business explode.
